Project Programming
This is where all great collaborations start. We begin by getting to know you, the nature of the project, the purpose of the space and the extent of the design work. We help to implement the process with a questionnaire we have specifically tailored to you. We learn about your style and colour preferences, the inventory of possessions and furniture. This stage involves interviews with the client and other end-users, surveys, inventories and wider research. It is important to ascertain the objectives, requirements, feasibility, extent and constraints associated with the project.

Concepts
Once the design concept is articulated in the form of a written concept statement expressing principal ideas and approach behind the proposed design solution, pen hits paper. We start by conceptual design, creating floor plans, mood boards, scope identification and design discussed until we reach some concepts to move forward.

Design Development
Once we have a solid concept, we layer the process with design elevations, and furniture plans in sketches and 3D drawings so you will know exactly what to expect and ensure every aspect aligns with your expectations.

Customize and Curate
We curate the perfect furnishings, hardware, and finishing touches to suit your style, and if we can’t find them we will build them. We engineer one-of-a-kind pieces of lighting, furniture, art, etc unique for your space.

Build
We provide all of the construction documentation, and conduct regular onsite visits to ensure the project is going smoothly and there are no unexpected surprises all the way until you see the finished space.
