Project Overview

The concept of a culinary vegan kitchen in the heart of downtown Edmonton was a creative endeavor that required our hands-on approach to ensure every aspect of the client's vision was fully realized. From the warm woods and natural stone that set the stage for the artistry of the food, to the custom-designed light fixtures, wine racks, and millwork, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We worked closely with the chef to deeply understand the kitchen's unique needs—balancing the preparation of baked goods and the use of induction plates for the menu items;  a seamless flow for both seated dining and quick pickup service was created. This close collaboration allowed us to tailor the space to the chef’s process, ensuring it was not only visually stunning but also highly functional, embodying the essence of casual dining while catering to the diverse needs of its customers.
