Project Overview

The rapid growth of the consignment market was instrumental in maintaining the prestige and integrity of Vancouver’s top-rated luxury consignment store. To set the brand apart, it was designed with the sophistication of a high-end boutique. Courtney Watkins, owner of Mine & Yours, envisioned her fourth  location to feel like "your best friend’s closet." Building on this vision, Fay expanded the design to create an elevated, interior that was inspired by time. The arched wall dressed in a plaster leafy wallpaper was in sync with Venetian plaster and a fluid transition to 1920’s juxtaposition to the flamingo wallcovering.  The use of time-capsule interior, paying homage to luxury textiles and wall coverings. The result is a boutique that provides a truly elevated experience, blending familiarity with high-end luxury.
