Project Overview

Tucked away in the L’Oca Specialty Food Market, Oro was conceived with the vision of a "Golden Gem," where every detail reflects warmth, luxury, and intimacy. The design captures the essence of an Italian kitchen table—representing the jewel of the home—through the  meticulous procurement of furniture, fostering a sense of welcome and connection,

At the center of this captivating space are the custom light fixtures, designed by Fay and Bruce Pawl. Each alabaster pendant was hand-carved from Randy Zieber’s. The alchemy of alabaster, glass pendants and cascading swags create a delicate glow. These dynamic light sculptures, varying in height and scale, create an elegant interplay of light and shadow, transforming the space into an inviting, ethereal atmosphere.

The tables are adorned with handmade vases featuring rough, textured surfaces and golden glazes that drip down their sides, adding to the organic beauty of the setting. These elements harmonize with the light and gold accents, creating an immersive dining environment where every design detail has been thoughtfully crafted to elevate the experience. Oro’s seamless integration of luxurious materials, lighting, and artisanal décor ensures that the space feels as much a work of art as it is a fine dining destination.
